I feel sorry for Aaron because he’s always almost getting into trouble!
Yesterday when we were practising at Bourne Hall a police officer saw Aaron playing football and went to walk over and say something to him, but luckily before he could say anything the boys carried on with their routine and I think the police officer then realised that they were performers! The look on his face was hilarious! I think the boys handled it really though because Ryan didn’t break out of character when the Police officer asked what was going on, and also Aaron didn’t stop the routine to explain himself!
When you are doing site specific work, you have to be aware that some people won’t understand it and won’t realise that you are actually part of the performance. You just have to always think on your feet, and if you have to react to a question being asked, give the smallest gesture and nod or shake your head.
Although I’ve been really lucky so far, I haven’t got in trouble yet!
